Bússola Tech, in partnership with the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association and the Organization of American States, is proud to host the first of a series of high-level panel discussions about parliamentary modernisation. This first session will explore the financial foundations necessary for successful parliamentary modernisation. Titled “The Financial Requirements for Parliamentary Modernisation,” this session will explore how parliaments can plan, secure, and manage the financial resources needed to implement lasting technological and institutional change.
Moderated by Mr. Luís Kimaid, Executive-Director of Bússola Tech, the discussion will bring together distinguished leaders from across the Americas and the Pacific to share experiences on budgeting, political negotiation, risk management, and long-term financial planning in the context of innovation within legislative institutions.
